How Our Service Booking Works

Customers can review the available washing machine repair and maintenance services on our website and select the option that best matches their requirements. Each service page outlines the general scope of the service and the required booking deposit.

2. Booking Deposit & Transparent Pricing
The prices displayed on our website are service booking and diagnostic deposits. This deposit is paid when submitting a booking and allows us to dispatch a technician to assess your appliance.
Please note that the displayed deposit covers the initial call-out and diagnostic phase; it does not automatically cover all potential repair labor or replacement parts. If your appliance requires additional work or specific components, the technician will provide a clear, itemized quote on-site. No additional charges will ever be incurred without your explicit prior approval.

3. Booking & Payment Confirmation
After your booking deposit has been successfully processed through our secure checkout, we will review the request and arrange your appointment. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can send you important scheduling updates. You will receive a formal confirmation containing your selected service, appointment details, and any necessary preparation instructions.

4. On-Site Service
At the agreed appointment time, our service professional will arrive at your location. The technician will assess the washing machine and discuss the necessary solutions with you.
If the actual requirements differ from the initial booking scope, we will clearly explain the situation. No further chargeable work will proceed unless you explicitly authorize the final quote.

5. Completion of the Order
Once the authorized service has been completed, your booking is considered fulfilled. Our technician will walk you through the work performed and provide relevant maintenance recommendations to keep your appliance running efficiently.

Changes to an Appointment & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to technician availability. If you cancel before the technician is dispatched, your deposit is fully refundable.

Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal
Spintechrepair fully respects the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in Germany and throughout the European Union.

For qualifying distance service contracts, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the contract is concluded.

If you expressly request that our service (such as an urgent next-day dispatch) begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will cease once the initial service (the dispatch and diagnostic visit) has been fully performed.

Nothing on this page is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory consumer rights available under German or European Union law.
